These rules govern Rounding First LLC contests. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest rules and the decisions of Rounding First LLC.
-In compliance with Federal and International Laws, no user 13 or under can enter and/or win any of our contests. Parents or guardians of users 13 or under may apply.
-Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification that they have won. Prizes not so claimed will become the property of Rounding First LLC.
- Prizes will be signed photos, scripts, baseball jerseys and other merchandise provided by Rounding First LLC. Rounding First LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value; winners do not have any right to substitution of prizes.
-Prizes must be claimed by the winners, and are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
-Rounding First LLC makes no warranties regarding the safety, condition, or fitness of any prizes awarded, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a winner through the use of any awarded prize.
- Rounding First LLC may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest whom it believes to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information. Illegible entries, bulk-mails, or other mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
-Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
-In its discretion, Rounding First LLC may require winners to sign a release form in order to receive the prize. In such a case, the winner will not be entitled to receive the prize without signing the release.
- Rounding First LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this Contest, including technical failures on the part of contest software, virus, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any contest entrant.
-Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws.
-Prizes may take up to or over 10 weeks for delivery, depending on the prize.
-The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by Rounding First LLC is reserved exclusively to Rounding First LLC. Its decisions shall be final.
- The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received. Any contest where there are less than 100 submissions, the award of prizes may be delayed or canceled.
-Email addresses submitted to Rounding First LLC or its affiliates will not be shared with any company outside of partner sites for the contest entered. -Rounding First LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any contest or the contest rules at any time without notice.
-Void where prohibited by law. Contestants who reside in areas where this Contest is prohibited by law are ineligible.
